Gloria Christ

Gloria Christ began her tenure at Metropolitan Companies in 2019 and is currently the Director of Human Resources providing leadership to build organizational structure and meet the business needs by managing our most valuable asset – our employees.  Gloria provides leadership, knowledge and training through the management of key disciplines within HR including Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations and much more.

Gloria achieved her Bachelor of Science degree from West Chester University and holds her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification and her SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) Certification. She has been a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) since 2001.

Before joining Metropolitan Companies, Gloria held leadership roles at companies in the Manufacturing, Distribution and Insurance industries that included public global companies and privately held companies.  Gloria brings over 25 years of progressive HR experience to Metropolitan Companies which includes a wide range of expertise in many areas of Human Resources.
