I relocated to Reading at the end of October. I was sold to this property simply by the photos that I saw online. It was difficult to reach someone over the phone to get more information i.e. pricing, availability, and to schedule a tour/lease signing. I later learned that it is best to e-mail the property manager as she responds much better this way. With a large influx of new and prospective tenants, she isn’t always by the office phone to take calls – completely understandable. The property manager is great. She is kind, welcoming, clear and prompt. She makes sure that maintenance requests and any issues are resolved in a timely manner. I have a one bedroom, one bathroom loft on the third floor. I love the exposed ceilings and open concept of this apartment. It really makes the space feel bigger. I also have more than enough storage with large kitchen cabinets, a pantry, coat closet, linen closet, and a walk-in closet. The floors are quite unique and are a bit difficult to clean given the rugged structure, but they do not pose any tripping hazards. Some of the floor seals were ripping before I moved in, so they’ll need a simple touch up job by There are also plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy. The most notable one being the rooftop where there is a pool, grill, table, and chairs. The third and fourth floors have outdoor terraces with furniture as well as an enclosed community room on the second floor. Of course, there is also a typical small apartment gym which is nice too! I have two dogs, and I absolutely love the fact that this property is pet-friendly. They even have a small dog park, which my pups love. The building is secure, so I’m never worried about a break in. There is also optional garage parking for an additional monthly fee. Inside of the garage are bike racks and a doggie shower! I’m so glad that I chose this apartment complex. I absolutely love my loft, neighbors, and property manager!
