Commercial development

Metropolitan Commerical Development (MCD), incorporated in 1991, is our commercial real estate development firm focused on ground-up and redevelopment opportunities for office, retail and industrial product type. MCD currently manages 275,000 square feet of Office Space and will be adding a retail site of 40,200 square feet this year.

Sanatoga Retail

Sanatoga Retail will be located in Limerick Township, Montgomery County, PA. A 7 acre retail site adjacent to Route 422, Costco, Chick Fil A, and the Philadelphia Premium Outlets. MCD will also be adding an additional 42 acre site adjacent to this project along Lightcap Rd in 2021. It will consist of a mixed use site with both retail and residential apartments.

 

Cricklewood Green

Cricklewood Green Office Campus is located at 1-5 Caufield Place in Newtown, Pennsylvania. This campus currently consists of three (3) Class A office buildings. These three buildings consist of 81,640 square feet. It is ideally located between Philadelphia and Princeton, 1/2 mile to I-95 and the PA Turnpike.​

Campanella Eye Care

D&B Construction Group renovated the lower level of an existing building to create a new space for Campanella Eye Care Associates. This upgrade has allowed Campanella to continue to provide their patients the same great service in a new space better suited for their business.

Highlights from this project include many exam rooms, an optical sales area, and a spacious reception area. Employees now enjoy a new entrance, break room, and four newly renovated bathrooms. All interior renovations were complete within three months.

This building is owned by Motus Equities, a privately-held commercial real estate investment and development company headquartered in Reading, Pennsylvania.

Tower Health Medical Group

D&B Construction Group provided renovations to an existing building for Tower Health Medical Group to create their new Family Medicine Sinking Spring location. This office provides primary care for the community. The interior fit out included multiple exam rooms, a large reception area, private breakroom, and a spacious nurse’s station with glass surround. All renovations were complete within three months.

This building is owned by Motus Equities, a privately-held commercial real estate investment and development company headquartered in Reading, Pennsylvania.

Main Line Fertility

D&B Construction Group worked with Main Line Fertility to complete a full medical fit out of an existing office space for their Reading location. This project entailed converting the space into a comprehensive medical facility that included multiple exam rooms, offices, waiting areas and restrooms in a modern, sleek and clean environment.

Penn State Health St. Joseph (Muhlenberg Location)

D&B Construction Group reconstructed an old beverage distributor into a contemporary medical office for Penn State Health St. Joseph during this full medical fit out in Muhlenberg Township. Full exterior and interior transformations took place to convert this location into an fully functioning Urgent Care facility and Outpatient / Primary Care doctor’s office. Highlights from this fit out include a laboratory, multiple exam rooms, conference rooms, waiting rooms and offices. The Muhlenberg Outpatient Center offers many services, from EKG and X-ray capabilities to physical therapy. You can learn more about this new location, which celebrated its grand opening in March of 2020.

Tower Health (Womelsdorf Location)

D&B Construction Group recently broke ground on Tower Health Womelsdorf. This active construction site is the future home of  Tower Health Family Medicine – Womelsdorf and Reading Hospital Lab, which will be conveniently located along Route 422. This new healthcare facility will feature 15 exam rooms, 2 procedural rooms, and a lab with 3 designated draw rooms. Highlights of this medical office building also include a conference and education room with multimedia, centralized nursing stations, as well as clinical and administrative offices. This location is being designed for patient centered medical home delivery or team-based care.

The development of this property was complete by Motus Equities, a privately-held commercial real estate investment and development company headquartered in Reading, Pennsylvania.
