The ERP/Information Technology Support Manager will work in a specialized support role with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems users at all levels throughout the organization and its partners in the Metropolitan Companies family. The position will be thoroughly knowledgeable about all aspects of the companies Yardi and Marks systems (ERP). Will design, develop, test, deploy and maintain data processing solutions to enhance the Enterprise Resource Planning systems. Will train various users/departments on proper and consistent use of the Enterprise Resource Planning. Will develop strategies to leverage the Enterprise Resource Planning and other technologies to create internal efficiency.
