Maintenance Technician and Supervisors perform primarily skilled maintenance, janitorial, and custodial tasks as instructed by the Maintenance Supervisor or Regional. Essentially, this position requires the ability to follow detailed instructions in order to execute repairs and overall maintenance of projects on an assigned property.
