Since joining MMG in August 2022 at Reserve at Reed Farm, Rickards has held both Leasing Manager and Property Manager roles, where she consistently delivered strong leasing performance and played a key role in successful community transitions. She has also contributed significantly to team development through her commitment to training and mentorship.

With more than 20 years of industry experience, Rickards brings extensive expertise in operations management, financial performance, and team leadership. Her achievements at MMG have been recognized with multiple accolades, including Leasing Professional of the Year in 2023, along with several other industry honors.
