Kevin Timochenko

President & Owner

Kevin Timochenko is the founder and owner of Metropolitan Companies, a diversified real estate organization that includes Metropolitan Management Group (apartment management) and Metropolitan Development Group (land development). Under his leadership, the company has also established founding partnerships with Foxlane Homes, specializing in single-family home construction, Haverford Square by Metropolitan, specializing in residential homes, and D&B Construction, a leader in residential and commercial building.

A longtime advocate for community and philanthropy, Kevin has served on numerous boards, including the Kutztown University Foundation and the Greater Reading Chamber of Commerce. He is also actively involved in charitable efforts supporting organizations such as the Caron Foundation, United Way, and the Eastern Pennsylvania Scholarship Fund. His commitment to both business growth and community impact continues to shape the company’s values and vision, but also makes a positive impact beyond the business. Deborah Houck

Executive Vice President

Deborah L. Houck has been with Metropolitan Companies since 2000 and currently serves as Executive Vice President of Operations for Metropolitan Management Group. With over 20 years of experience in property and hospitality management, she has played a vital role in the company’s growth from a small portfolio to a thriving network of communities. Deborah oversees operations across the full portfolio and continues to lead the successful launch and integration of new apartment communities as the company expands.

Before joining Metropolitan, Deborah was an award-winning hotel executive with Hilton’s Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites. A Berks County native and Penn State alumna, she is also a proud mother of four and grandmother of ten. Outside of work, she enjoys swimming, reading, and giving back through youth coaching and community involvement.

Justin Houck

Vice President of Operations

As Vice President of Operations at Metropolitan Management Group, Justin Houck brings a strategic, hands-on approach to overseeing the day-to-day performance of the company’s property portfolio. His leadership helps ensure operational excellence, team development, and a consistently high standard of resident experience across all communities. Before joining Metropolitan Management Group, Justin spent over 20 years in healthcare operations, managing complex systems and leading large teams—experience that seamlessly translated into property management. He began his Metropolitan Management Group, career as a Regional Property Manager and quickly rose through the ranks, demonstrating strong leadership and operational insight.

A graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Justin blends analytical thinking with practical experience, making him a key force in Metropolitan Management Group’s continued growth and success.

Regional Property Manager

Tanya Richards

Tanya began her career in property management as the Property Manager at The Metropolitan before taking on the same role at Reserve at Gring’s Mill. With a proven track record of leadership and community success, she now serves as Regional Manager, bringing dedication and strategic insight to every property she oversees.

Misty Jones

Misty brought over 20 years of property management experience to Metropolitan Management Group, drawn by the company’s rapid growth and strong opportunities for advancement. Her deep industry knowledge and passion for leadership make her a valuable asset to the team as a Regional Property Manager.

Hannah Leinbach

Hannah began her property management career in 2018 as a Leasing Agent at Reserve at Reed Farm. She quickly advanced to Assistant Manager in 2019, Property Manager in 2021, and Area Manager in 2023, overseeing Townhomes at Spring Valley and Reserve at Parkland. Now serving as Regional Property Manager, Hannah continues to lead with a strong focus on team development and operational excellence.

Michael Simmers

Mike brings a strong background in commercial and healthcare facilities management to the residential property management industry. With extensive experience in multi-site operations, maintenance, and compliance, he offers valuable expertise and a fresh perspective. As a hands-on, solutions-focused leader with a proven record of building high-performing teams, Mike now serves as Regional Property Manager, supporting community success and resident satisfaction.

Regional Maintenance Manager

Chris Fidler

Chris began his career with the company as a Tech I at Reserve at Reed Farm before becoming Lead Technician at Reserve at Gring’s Mill. After 13 months, he returned to the Reserve at Reed Farm as Maintenance Supervisor and was quickly promoted to Regional Maintenance Manager just six months later. Chris brings strong leadership and hands-on experience to every community he supports.

Jeremy Dietrich

Jeremy has been with Metropolitan Management Group for 11 years, steadily advancing through a variety of leadership roles. He began his career as a Tech I at Oak Meadows, where he was quickly promoted to Supervisor. He went on to serve as Maintenance Supervisor at The Reserve at Reed Farm, Townhomes at Spring Valley, and Berkshire Garden Apartments. His strong performance led to his promotion to Area Manager, and he now serves as a Regional Maintenance Manager. Jeremy brings deep experience and dedication to his role and is excited for what the future holds.

Alex Torres

Alex has been with Metropolitan Management Group for over a decade, beginning his career as a porter and steadily rising through the ranks. He advanced from Tech I to Tech II, then to Maintenance Supervisor, and now serves as a Regional Maintenance Manager. His growth within the company reflects his strong work ethic, technical skill, and leadership. Alex remains committed to supporting his teams and contributing to MMG’s continued success.

Chad Horrigan

Chad is the Regional Maintenance Manager at Metropolitan Management Group, where he oversees property maintenance operations and provides support to on-site teams across the portfolio. Known for his reliability and hands-on expertise, Chad has been a valued member of the Metropolitan team for several years. His approachable demeanor and strong work ethic embody the company’s commitment to both its teams and the communities it serves.

David is the Operations Support Manager, bringing a strong background in both hospitality and property management. Before stepping into his current role, David served as Property Manager at several well-regarded communities, including The Reserve at Reed Farm, The Metropolitan, and The Reserve at Gring’s Mill. His experience in hospitality has shaped his commitment to exceptional service and efficient operations, making him a valuable asset to the team.

Stephanie Kiecko

Marketing Specialist

Stephanie K. is new to property management but brings a fresh perspective backed by a strong background in business, sales, and marketing. With experience in both the boutique and tech sales industries, she offers innovative ideas and a creative approach to marketing. Stephanie is excited to grow with Metropolitan Management Group and contribute to its continued success.

Regional Property Manager

Yvonne Munroe

Yvonne is the longest-serving Regional Manager at Metropolitan, with over 12 years of dedicated service. Her deep knowledge of the company and the industry comes from years of hands-on experience, having held several positions within the organization. Before her promotion to Regional Manager, Yvonne successfully led multiple communities as a Property Manager. Her leadership, commitment, and long-standing presence make her an invaluable part of the Metropolitan team.

Christina Hausman

Christina is an experienced property management professional who has served as Property Manager at Lofts at Narrow and Oak Meadows. She was also Area Manager for multiple communities including Oak Meadows, Springwood Garden, Lofts at 525, Cambridge Commons before being promoted to a Regional Property Manager.. She brings a strong background in residential property operations and a commitment to resident satisfaction.

Steph Luckey

Lease Up Specialist

Steph L. began her career with MMG as Corporate Admin, supporting the Corporate Office and serving as Executive Assistant to the owner. She soon joined the newly formed Operations Support team, where she expanded her skills in leasing and lease-up support. Steph has played a key role in developing MMG’s Lease-Up Support Team and now works alongside Regional Managers to support both new lease-up communities and properties under Asset Management.
